Dear John/Jane Doe:

DCMapps is pleased to offer you employment on the following terms:

  1. A salary of $XX,000 per year, paid monthly in advance and to be reviewed at least annually.

  2. Participation in a great employee benefits plan, which includes health, dental, vision, gym, travel, and other thoughtful benefits.

  3. You will be granted options to purchase X,000 stock options under our 20XX Equity Option Plan, subject to approval of, and at an option price to be determined by our Board of Directors.

  4. A hiring welcome bonus of $X,000 to be paid at your employee orientation meeting.

  5. Work flexibility and a monthly travel stipend to work in a variety of our offices, assuming minimum in person attendance is maintained.

    At-Will Employment: We offer no employment contracts, and your employment is “at will” and may be terminated by you or DCMapps at any time.

    This offer shall remain in effect for 30 days. We look forward to you joining the DCMapps team and contributing to our continued success.
